Most of the folks I work with have a common set of problems:

• What risks will most plausibly end the business?
• How do we bootstrap an infosec program that addresses them without burning the runway?
• How do we harden common infrastructure against attack (i.e. Google Workspace/AWS)?
• How do we structure our systems and networks to reduce the blast radius of an incident?
• How do we demonstrate to customers that we can be trusted?
